Seaport Entertainment, a newly formed division comprising the company's entertainment-related assets in New York and Las Vegas-including the Seaport in Lower Manhattan and the Las Vegas Aviators Triple-A Minor League Baseball team, as well as the company's ownership stake in Jean-Georges Restaurants and its 80% interest in the air rights above the Fashion Show Mall, which are intended to be used to create a new casino on the Las Vegas Strip.Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. is establishing Seaport Entertainment with the intention of completing its spinoff as a publicly traded company by year-end 2024.

The planned separation of Seaport Entertainment from Howard Hughes would allow the new company to operate independently as a pure-play entertainment enterprise, equipped with a robust team of industry leaders to ensure its long-term success.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to manage the design, implementation, and optimization of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) a key component of which will be Workday). This role will also be a key player in driving reporting and analytics for the HR function including the creation of dashboards and reports as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Technology and ability to collaborate successfully with HR leaders, IT professionals, and cross functional teams to enhance our HRIS infrastructure and drive efficiency across HR processes. What You Will DoLead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of a stand-alone Workday system as we prepare to spin off to a stand-alone company. Serve as subject matter expert on HRIS related matters and contribute to cross functional projects as neededSupport creation and analysis of metrics, reporting, dashboards; analyze trends and provide recommendations/solutionsManage the configuration, customization, and maintenance of HRIS platforms to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system integrityCollaborate with HR stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and streamline workflows through automation and technologyOversee system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to operationsProvide training and support to end users of systems to maximize system utilization and proficiencyPartner with IT to address technical issues, troubleshoot errors, implement security measures to safeguard dataConduct regular audits and quality checks to assess data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain data integrity Stay abreast of emerging trends, technology, and best practices in HRIS and recommend innovative solutions to do continuous improvementSupport and perform other duties, projects, initiatives as per business needAbout YouBachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

5+ years of progressive experience in HR technology and project management and/or related HR tech roleProven expertise in implementing and managing Workday and Ceridian or similar systemsStrong understanding of HR processes, data management, regulatory compliance requirements (eg GDPR, HIPAA, SOX)Demonstrated project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projectsEffective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross functionally and influence stakeholders at all levelsExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to business challenges.
